
SOFIA’S ICE BERRY COFFEE
Ice fruit drink, made with Portioli decaffeinated coffee (low caffein)
Berries are the indisputable protagonists of this colorful ice drink to enjoy during a summer break.
Ingredients:
- 5 blackberries
- 5 raspberries
- ¾ oz liquid sugar or 4 bags of Portioli fructose
- 1 Portioli Espresso, sugared
Preparation

In a blender, mix 6 ice cubes, 5 blackberries and 5 raspberries.

Add 20 ml of liquid sugar or Portioli fructose, turn the blender on and pour the final mixture into a large Portioli takeaway cup.

Prepare an espresso and sweeten it to taste. Pour the espresso into a glass vial and place it in the fruit smoothie.
